Ryan Larkin

Ryan Larkin serves as Managing Director of the Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group, which he joined in 2013. As a critical member of the group’s investment sales team, his responsibilities cover all aspects of underwriting, financial analysis, offering material production as well as due diligence and project coordination. Ryan began his commercial real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield as a financial analyst within the Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group. Since joining the firm full-time, his primary focus has been on investment sales of existing office, industrial, and retail assets throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York State, and Connecticut. Ryan has worked on transactions ranging from $5 million to over $300 million with institutional clients including TA Realty, Rockefeller Group, Mack-Cali, DWS, Principal, GEICO, Invesco, USAA, Terreno, Prologis, DRA, Link, Ares, BentallGreenOak, Crow Holdings and AIG. Ryan graduated from Towson University’s School of Business with a Business Administration Degree, concentration in Finance. While at Towson University, he also competed as a member of the ice hockey team.
