Ryan Kattoo

Ryan is a Principal at Keystone Commercial Real Estate. In addition to being an owner, he is also head of the Management division and handles all aspects of real estate for his clients. A licensed real estate agent since 1992, he received his first degree in business administration from Oakland Community College in 1993, and his Bachelor of Art in Finance from Walsh College in 1996- all while owning and operating his own landscaping business. After college, Ryan continued his career working full-time for The Beale Group where he specialized in commercial real estate leasing, sales, management, and was later promoted to Vice President. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), has been awarded Power Broker from CoStar, and is currently working towards a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys home improvement projects, playing hockey, and being with family and friends.
