Ryan Hood

Ryan brings over 30 years of corporate real estate and brokerage experience to our firm. Ryan’s expertise includes industrial sales and leasing, land sales and investment sales. He has completed more than 1,800 transactions worth more than $1 billion, and continues to complete more than 55/65 deals annually. Ryan began his real estate career with CBRE Limited where he mastered the skills required to broker deals between landlords and tenants and vendors and buyers. Ryan also spent nearly 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he managed one of the most successful industrial brokerage teams in the Toronto Northeast market. His accomplishments during this time include receipt of the Rookie of the Year Award, Membership in the Presidents Round Table on an annual basis as well being a part of Cushman & Wakefield’s most prestigious Top 10 Club. Ryan is highly respected by clients and brokers alike for providing top-level real estate solutions. Ryan joined Avison Young in 2013 to assist the firm in building the company’s industrial services platform in the Toronto North market by bringing his years of experience to the company.
