Ryan Holcomb

Ryan graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Architectural Studies in 2014. He moved to Colorado shortly thereafter to work for Vail Resorts in numerous operational capacities, ultimately assuming the role of General Manager for one of the company’s premier fine dine restaurants. Through Vail’s business and managerial curriculum, Ryan discovered a passion for business and finance, ultimately returning to Kansas to join the Fishman Commercial Real Estate team in January 2020. Specializing in the sale and lease of industrial property in the Kansas City metropolitan area, Ryan strives to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish. Ryan has been an active investor in various commercial real estate projects in the Kansas City area for the past 7 years. This experience has provided perspective and knowledge as it pertains to the city’s strong industrial market.
