Ryan Griffin

Ryan is a Senior Vice President with Edge Realty Partners in Dallas focusing on project leasing. In this role, he capitalizes on nearly two decades of experience representing landlords throughout Texas and its neighboring states. Ryan has handled over 800 lease and sale transactions and managed REIT portfolios in excess of 5 million square feet. Ryan started his career on the tenant-side as a real estate manager for Tuesday Morning and FedEx Office where he handled the northeast United States. He is a University of Texas at Austin alumni, and Dallas native.
