Ryan Gaylord

Ryan Gaylord has been a member of the Corporate Services Division team at Tri Properties since 2005. With experience in all of the commercial product sectors including office, warehouse, flex and retail space, Ryan focuses exclusively on tenant representation for corporate clients. He has worked with a vast array of clients ranging from publicly held national companies to local and regional firms. His client list includes such notable organizations as State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Investor’s Title Insurance Company, Drug Safety Alliance, Robuck Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, The Select Group, The State of North Carolina, SunCom Wireless, Synthon Pharmaceuticals, The Umstead Hotel & Spa and Rollins Inc.Ryan is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a member of Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA), Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR), Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED). Ryan is a graduate of Kenan-Flagler Business School at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
