Ryan Gast

Ryan Gast has been a commercial real estate broker specializing in retail since 2011. Prior to starting his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Gast attended California State University Fullerton where he received a B.A. in Finance. His business is a diverse mix of representing national tenants to advising large, institutional clients and owners as well as private ownerships on the agency side. Currently Ryan is involved in all levels of the Real Estate Cycle from "ground up" development to leasing and investment sales. He is involved in projects ranging from Neighborhood through Community and Power Shopping Centers to Downtown street revitalization. As a resident of the Inland Empire with a wide range of skills, Ryan provides both unique and creative perspectives and guidance to his clients ranging from Panda Express Group, to Pimco, Guardian Capital and the County of San Bernardino.
