Ryan Farrelly

Ryan joined G+S as a Student Surveyor in June 2017 as part of the firms graduate apprenticeship scheme. As well as undertaking his day to day duties, Ryan is currently studying towards a degree in Real Estate at Glasgow Caledonian University as a part-time student. Ryan’s main focus is assisting the agency team within the Glasgow office and he plays a key role in running the agency contract for a substantial local authority portfolio by carrying out viewings and inspections, negotiating lease terms and reporting to the client within the specified timescales. Ryan’s commitment and experience to date have assisted in streamlining this process and concluding new deals as efficiently as possible. Ryan is a dedicated individual and the firms key training and development process will help Ryan reach his goal of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
