Ryan Ellis

Ryan Ellis became CEO and co-owner of PJ Morgan Real Estate in September 2019. He had been President at PJ Morgan Real Estate from 2009 to 2019. Before his role as President, Ryan served in roles as Vice President, Property Management Department Director, and originally an intern with the company starting in May 2000. As CEO, Ryan focuses on business development, vision and growth strategies for the PJ Morgan companies. He also fulfills his passion for working with people and real estate by continuing to work day to day helping his clients in the areas or property management, residential sales and commercial sales. Ryan also participates in the revitalization of Omaha’s Little Bohemia neighborhood and works closely with the ownership team executing the development of the 50-acre Millwork Commons neighborhood. Ryan has deep roots in the Omaha community and is highly esteemed and recognized for his involvement. Ryan is recognized as an Omaha Jaycees Ten Outstanding Young Omahans, the MBJ 40 Under 40 and as the 2019 and 2021 Deal of the Year award from the Commercial Real Estate Summit. The success of PJ Morgan Real Estate and its impact on the community is personal for him, evidenced by his hands-on leadership style and his sincere care for his team. He values his role as CEO and stands to leave a legacy amongst the Omaha community through the outstanding work he has accomplished thus far.
