Ryan Dykstra

Ryan is currently responsible for coordinating the completion of projects from inception to disposition. His duties include all pre-development activities such as acquisitions, due diligence, underwriting, managing design consultants, entitlements, permitting, and client relationship building. Ryan started his career with Vaquero Ventures where he oversaw the development of approximately $44 million of single tenant NNN assets, working with tenants such as Dollar General, Raising Canes, Starbucks, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and Harbor Freight Tools. Ryan was born in Phoenix, AZ and graduated from Desert Vista High School. He attended Texas Christian University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance with Real Estate Emphasis from the Neeley School of Business. Ryan and his wife Kenz love to travel together and reside in Dallas, TX.
