Ryan Derriman serves as Director with Franklin Street, specializing in Retail Investment Sales throughout the Southeast with a strong concentration in Florida. Mr. Derriman’s value is demonstrated by helping owners maximize proceeds with a detailed analysis of the property and marketing plan specifically tailored to each property and investor. Deal exposure is maximized through Franklin Street’s internal retail database with over 100,000 buyers and brokers across the country. Previously, Mr. Derriman’s responsibilities included leasing and landlord representation, disposition and land transactions for clients throughout Tampa Bay and the west coast of Florida. While earning his degree from Florida State University, Mr. Derriman worked for Benchmark Construction and Cornerstone Realty in Tallahassee.
