Ryan Chase

Ryan received his undergraduate degree from USC in 2005 in business, with a real estate finance and construction management emphasis. Ryan led the transition and repositioning of Fiesta Marketplace to the East End, including bringing in tenants such as Playground, Yost Theater and Frida Cinema, among others. He also managed the build out and opening of the 4th Street Market, and continues to be heavily involved in its development. Ryan is the president of Downtown Inc., one of the two Downtown BIDs (business improvement district) managing Downtown Santa Ana. Voted to 2014’s “100 Most Influential” list by OC Register, Ryan continues to work on exciting new projects that will prove to be deeply impactful to Downtown Santa Ana's continued growth and momentum.
