This experience involves lease renewals, restructures, acquisitions, dispositions, purchases and sales for office space, call centers, data centers, build-to-suits, retail space, and industrial space. In only 7 years within the industry, Ryan has represented BellSouth in the sale of a 95,000 SF data center and assisted HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation in their new corporate headquarters of 140,000 SF. He also assisted Cox Communications in a 66,000 SF lease restructure that equated to $1,000,000 per year in savings. Ryan has been involved in many smaller transactions as well. His niche is helping companies that are in the market for 5,000 – 10,000 SF. Ryan is committed to 110% customer service and has received numerous referrals from his clients as a result of his focus on customer service.
