Ryan Blackburn

Ryan Blackburn is the Founder and Managing Broker of Apex Industrial Real Estate Advisors. He specializes in representing companies who lease, own, invest and develop industrial real estate in Metro Atlanta and the Southeastern United States. With over a decade of industrial real estate experience, Ryan strives to exceed clients’ expectations by providing creative solutions for each requirement. Prior to founding Apex Industrial Real Estate Advisors, Ryan served as Senior Vice President at Foundry Commercial, Director at Lavista Associates and worked at both Reliant Real Estate Partners and CBRE. While at CBRE, Ryan worked on the largest industrial listing team in Metro Atlanta. Ryan is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia. Before beginning his career in industrial real estate, Ryan served as the Assistant Men’s Golf Coach at Mercer University in Macon, GA after playing as a member of the Mercer University Men’s Golf Team where he was a four-year letter winner. Ryan graduated from Mercer University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration. Ryan is originally from Augusta, GA and currently resides in Chamblee with his wife and two sons.
