Ryan Adlesh
Ryan Adlesh is a Vice President and member of CBRE's National Tech and Media Practice Group. Ryan specializes in representing tenants and landlords in Silicon Valley, nationally and globally with office and R&D lease transactions. His clients range from seed stage technology companies to Fortune 500 clients in the acquisition and disposition of real estate. Ryan's background as an attorney has proven beneficial to his clients in helping companies understand complex concepts and navigate all aspects of real estate transactions. Ryan previously worked as the VP of Real Estate Expansion for venture-backed FlightCar, growing the real estate portfolio throughout the United States prior to its acquisition by Daimler Mercedes-Benz. Ryan previously held the position of Associate at Cushman & Wakefield. Ryan's experience has equipped him with the ability to assist first time entrepreneurs to seasoned C-Level Executives in executing real estate decisions with analytical, smart strategies that align with business objectives. Ryan has completed over 250 real estate transactions since joining CBRE in 2016 and is a Board Member of the Santa Clara University Alumni Real Estate Group.
