Russell Stroud has been a licensed real estate professional in Colorado Springs, Colorado since 2003. Before founding SOCO Commercial Real Estate with his longtime business partner, Mary Frances Cowan, Russell was a broker with Quantum Commercial Group Inc. for 16 years and Palmer McAllister Company for 3 years. Russell has represented some of the most recognized commercial properties in the Pikes Peak Region. Russell provides a full range of services to clients including landlord and tenant representation, financial analysis, purchase and disposition of investment and owner/user properties. He has represented national and regional as well as local clients. Russell is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. He holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has served as president of Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB). Russell enjoys skiing, camping, and sailing with his wife and two sons.
