Russell Smith
Vice President with Secure Net Lease
Russell Smith works directly with developers as well as institutional and private investors on the disposition of net leased assets nationwide. Since joining Secure Net Lease, Russell has facilitated over $500 million in net leased transactions. Before joining Secure Net Lease, Russell was a Senior Associate at MBI Commercial Realty in Dallas, Texas. At MBI, Russell worked with both landlords and tenants in office and retail lease transactions, as well as retail land development. Prior to MBI, Russell was an Associate at Marcus & Millichap and a Financial Analyst with Midas Financials. Russell attended the University of Texas at Arlington where he earned a BBA in Finance. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council. In his spare time, Russell enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his family.
