Russell E. Perry founded the R.E. Perry Company in 1990. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, he is actively involved with all aspects of the organization - serving its clients throughout the US and Canada, as well as participating in many industry trade and local business organizations. From 1984 to 1990, he worked at CB Richard Ellis in Tampa Florida, where he specialized in industrial tenant representation and maritime properties. There, Perry led the company to specialize in multi-market tenant representation. He became one of the leading tenant representation consultants specializing in industrial brokerage across the nation for some of the country’s largest retailers and transportation firms. Perry is a licensed real estate broker Missouri, Florida and Georgia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri. Community involvement and support is also important to Russell. He a member of the Board of Direction of the Mercantile Library, Treasurer of the Saint Louis Rowing Club Boosters, Chairman Emeritus of the Chester Art Centre, Past Trustee of the Saint Louis Art Museum, past President of the Ladue Lacrosse Club, and has been active in the Young Entrepreneurs Organization and has held numerous board positions.
