Seasoned Commercial Real Estate and Leasing Professional with extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions, development, zoning and entitlements, and investments for several product types including: land, industrial, office and low-income housing tax credit multi-family properties. Russell is a member the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor's Million Dollar Club, and is a CCIM designee. Russell actively services on the board of directors for The John Jarrard Foundation, We Care of Hall County, Ducks Unlimited Gainesville Chapter and is past board member for The Paces Foundation and Junior Achievement NEGA District. A lifelong resident of North Georgia, Russell graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. Russell and his wife, Amanda, and four children, reside in Gainesville, Georgia and attend Gainesville First United Methodist Church.
