Rudy Puente

Rudy Puente began investing in commercial real estate in 2003. Since then, he has purchased both commercial and residential rental properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, Portland and Central Oregon. He began his career as a real estate broker in 2013. Prior to becoming a licensed broker, Mr. Puente had a long career in education as a school administrator. He also has formal training as a chef specializing in Classic Italian Cuisine and was the head chef for a 4-star restaurant in Salem, Oregon and a guest chef in the Napa Valley, California. As part of the brokerage team at Doug Bean & Associates, Rudy represents clients in the leasing, sale and purchase of retail, office, flex and industrial properties. As a long-time resident of inner southeast Portland, he is very familiar with the local marketplace. His professional background and experience as an investor/landlord make Rudy uniquely qualified to represent clients in the leasing and sales of commercial property. He has a special interest in representing start-ups, small business owners, and budding investors. He also represents brewers and others in the beverage/food service industry.
