Royce Eldridge

As part of JLL’s Industrial Services Group, Royce represents his clients with the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial assets. His skills in risk analysis and negotiation benefit his clients in their real estate operating strategies. Prior to JLL, Royce worked for AmWINS Brokerage of Georgia where he helped transfer risk on a wide variety of local and national real estate portfolios. He was involved with accounts such as Home Depot, Lowes, and JP Morgan's Investment Portfolio.
