Royce Barrington

Royce is responsible for expanding N3’s retail services business, tenant rep, portfolio leasing, site selection, project management, site planning, entitlements, and analysis of new development and redevelopment projects. Royce is deeply rooted in the DFW community, which has fueled his passion for real estate. Since joining N3 in 2018, he has played a role in 50 build-to-suit developments totaling $80+ million and has worked with various retail clients in an advisory capacity and as an agent. Royce received a BBA in Managerial Finance from The University of Mississippi in Oxford. He is an active member of ICSC and a licensed sales agent in the State of Texas.
