Roxana Tofan
Roxana serves as the company’s principal broker and oversees all corporate, commercial brokerage, project and property management operations. She is directly involved in all commercial sales and operations and represents both buyers and sellers of apartment communities, office and retail buildings. Roxana has two decades of commercial real estate and business operations management experience, Roxana worked in several markets across the United States including Texas, Ohio, South Carolina, Kentucky, Michigan, Oregon, Montana, Washington, Idaho and Illinois. Roxana’s specific expertise in commercial real estate is financial analysis and performance, due diligence, new construction lease-ups, project management of rehabs and turning around troubled assets.
