Rowan Burch serves as one of the Managing Directors for Rowan Multifamily Advisors or RMA, a full-service multifamily brokerage company based in Dallas, TX. Rowan started his career in 2013, working with one of the largest brokerage firms in the United States and focusing on institutional grade, multifamily investment sales. Throughout Rowan’s career on the business he has been a part of over $1 Billion worth of multifamily transactions in Texas and the surrounding states. He brings his experience on the institutional side of the business to the RMA team and focuses on creating strong industry relationships and providing his clients with top of the line services. Rowan has been a Dallas resident his entire life giving him strong, firsthand knowledge of the DFW metroplex which allows him to maximize the value for his clients. Rowan graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Finance and is recently married to his wife Teresa, they current reside in North Dallas.
