Rosson Hendrixson

Rosson Hendrixson joined the Colliers team in the fall of 2021, bringing with him a lifetime of commercial real estate experience as his father, Radley Hendrixson, is a Senior Vice President and “Top Ten” producer for the Colliers Nashville office. His interest in the commercial real estate industry was derived from the idea that the vast majority of businesses have real estate needs. Rosson focuses on tenant and landlord representation for industrial and retail products and the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. Rosson works with clients of all sizes and tailors customizable real estate strategies for each. Before joining Colliers, Rosson worked for NAI Koella RM Moore, providing advisory services for a corporate account. During his college career, he interned for Providence Commercial Real Estate, a Knoxville, TN, based commercial real estate firm. Rosson is a 2020 graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. There, he studied business administration with a concentration in marketing. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a real estate specialization from Florida State University’s College of Business with expected graduation in the fall of 2022.
