Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 1982 Exceeding expectations of buyers and sellers by facilitating the tedious details of a land transaction since 1982. In 1988 I made the decision to focus my practice in the area of site selection and land disposition. My site selection clients are typically developers and my disposition clients are property owners in the path of progress who require honest and professional assistance in marketing their property and evaluating offers. In 1993 I was invited to join Duke Realty which had just become a REIT and needed assistance assessing its land portfolio in central Indiana. While working in the Park 100 office we assembled over 1000 acres, primarily in Boone, Johnson and Hendricks Counties. In 1995 I was invited to join Meridian where I have been able to work across the land spectrum of owners, users and developers. My clients appreciate my ability to work confidentially as a "virtual employee" inside their organization and to secure the best sites as well as navigate the legal, engineering, and entitlement issues associated with land development.
