Ross McIver
Specializing in Office and Retail PropertiesRoss J.R. McIver is an Austin based Investor/Developer with over 75 successful projects spanning a 30+ year career. Ross earned a BBA with a double major in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984. He has an extensive background in commercial real estate having started his career on the lending side as a commercial mortgage banker with one of the country’s largest Savings & Loans. Ross has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, including finance, development, management, leasing, syndication, acquisitions and dispositions. He has developed and owned office, medical office and retail properties including single tenant properties in multiple markets across the country. He has been a licensed Texas real estate broker since 1982. Ross has lived in the Austin area since 1989 and been a partner with Commerce Companies, a local commercial real estate firm, since 1994.
