Ross Langford

Ross Langford currently serves as Vice President of the Lee and Associates National Investment Sales Group in the Pittsburgh office. Mr. Langford specializes in the acquisitions and disposition services of net leased assets, 1031 advisory, equity placement, and transactional management to both the institutional and private capital markets. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Langford was an associate of CBRE’s Pittsburgh Capital Markets investment sales platform. Mr. Langford joined CBRE in 2019 and graduated from CBRE’s Capital Market Associate Program, where he focused on growing small-to-mid capital markets retail investment sales across the Midwest. Mr. Langford provided real estate investment services in over $500+ million worth of transactions and was a top associate producer throughout the Mid-West region during his tenure. Prior to his previous role, Ross gained experience as a Quantitative Data Analyst at BNY Mellon and as a CRM Coordinator/Financial analyst with Revcyclematch.com.
