Ross Fippinger

Ross Fippinger was recruited by CBRE in 2014 to work with one of the firm's top industrial teams. In this role, Ross spearheads business development and is based out of CBRE's Newport Beach office. Ross and team have executed over 3,000 transactions totaling 80 Million SF and over $5.5 Billion in consideration. Working with tenants and landlords, Ross is responsible for identifying business development opportunities, as well as providing up-to-the-minute market information. Ross consistently provides focus, dedication, honesty and a tireless work ethic to every client and potential client he encounters. These qualities have led to outstanding results for his clients and has made him one of CBRE's top Real Estate Agents. Prior to joining CBRE, Ross was with Colliers International from 2010-2014 and was recognized as the 2013 Colliers International Rookie of the Year for the Southern California region.
