Rosi Shepard

Rosi began her career in the Auto Body business working on cars and then managing Body Shops. By way of voluntarism at a park by painting a dump truck they offered her a job and she then began her career in land management. She is familiar with the needs of R.V. Parks, regulations on land and waterways as well as use. Rosi also served the Division of Forestry as a wildland Firefighter operating bulldozers to put in firebreaks as well as fight wild fires and conduct controlled burns. Rosi has managed burns on over 60,000 acres in her fire management career. Rosi has served as President on boards such as Florida Institute of Park Personnel, Martin County Healthy Start, and Realtor Association of Martin County. Her core values are intrinsic to serving her customers through hard work and integrity. Industrial, Agricultural and Retail are her focus areas, but most of all loves helping start up businesses connect with resources to grow. <br><br>
