Rosetta Dillard specializes in site selection, land acquisition, and entitlement for multi-use commercial as well as residential development. Specializing in complex commercial and mixed-use assemblages. Experience of over twenty years brings a level of knowledge and service to any project or client represented. Mrs. Dillard has received many coveted awards including the prestigious Double Diamond Award (*company's highest sales volume), Georgia Land and Commercial Solutions, a division of Virtual Properties Realty. She is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS and is recognized in the Multi-Million Dollar Club. Rosetta is also an active member of the community, she is the founder and president of the Multiple Sclerosis non-profit, 'Community Partners 4 MS.' This non-profit organization raises money for Multiple Sclerosis research through an annual farm-to-table dinner. Community Partners 4 MS donates thousands of dollars every year to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) specifically earmarked for multiple sclerosis research. Annually, Mrs. Dillard’s organization is recognized on the “Top 100” list for donations nationwide for NMSS. Previously, she was the Principal and President of Buckhead International Real Estate Company in Roswell, GA. Her team and herself were instrumental in the purchase and sale of properties throughout the Southeast. When Rosetta is not selling real estate or raising donations for her nonprofit, she enjoys cycling, cooking, traveling, spending time with family & friends.
