Rosemarie Corrigan

A native Bostonian, Rosemarie has lived and worked in Northern California since 1984. Specializing in commercial and investment real estate, she has a special affinity for hospitality properties, having successfully represented both disposition and acquisition clients throughout the beautiful wine country. In 1994 Rosemarie earned the globally recognized certified commercial investment member designation by the National Association of Realtors. Rosemarie is well known in the community as a tough negotiator and fair player. Her reputation with clients and other real estate agents is impeccable. She lives in the gorgeous village of Kenwood with her husband of thirty-three years Steven and her frequent companion Calli, a lab ridgeback mix. An investment property owner, she understands the motivation in owning real estate held for income production. Rosemarie holds a Bachelor of Science in speech from Emerson College and a master's degree in Rhetoric from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
