Rose Meza

Rose specializes in both Landlord and Tenant representation in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. On behalf of her clients, she is responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies to maximize each property’s full potential. Additionally, she helped retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization. Ms. Meza has strong market knowledge, retail experience and a creative problem-solving approach that allows her to help her clients meet their overall asset and business objectives. With her experience in agency leasing and tenant representation, Ms. Meza has been able to develop and maintain strong retailer and broker relationships at the national, regional and local level. Experience Prior to joining Segovia Retail Group, Rose worked with Jones Lang LaSalle for over 4 years, where she was responsible for leasing a portfolio of over 30 retail centers and ground up developments throughout the DFW market. Ms. Meza worked for CBRE, Inc. as a Brokerage Coordinator/Analyst (Industrial and NNN Lease Group) in the Dallas market. She was responsible for in depth market research, due diligence, financial analysis and modeling of investments. Education and Affiliations Rose earned a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The Real Estate Council (TREC), and the North Texas Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR). Ms. Meza/Rose holds a real estate license in the state of Texas.
