Roscoe High joined the Nashville Capital Markets team in 2019 and is currently a Senior Vice President specializing in investment sales. Roscoe and his team specifically focus on office, medical office, life science and parking assets. Roscoe has successfully transacted over $1BB in investment sales during his career. His client’s include public REITS, Private Equity Firms, Family offices and other private entities. Roscoe spent his formative years in Germantown, TN and Graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 2008. Roscoe and his wife, Edie, have three children and are members at Midtown Fellowship Church. He currently lives in the Oak Hill neighborhood in Nashville.
