Ronan Truesdale

Ronan began his Real Estate Career with Keys Commercial in the fall of 1998 working as one of the assistants to Geoffrey Keys. He is currently listing several properties in the downtown Boulder area and has specialized in Tenant Representation and Corporate Relocation. Ronan is actively involved in many professional associations including: the Commercial Brokers of Boulder (CBB), the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In the last 3 years, Ronan has been involved in more than 30 transactions totaling over 1,100,000 square feet valued in excess of $82 million. Ronan has helped with fundraising and organizing corporate donations for the Hydrocephalus Information Network and since moving to Boulder in 1993, has participated in projects to benefit the Boulder County Aids Project, the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, and the Boulder Humane Society.
