Ronan joined Avison Young in 2011, shortly after relocating to Canada from the Republic of Ireland. Initially operating in a research analyst role, today Ronan specializes in commercial leasing and sales advisory with a focus on the city of Vancouver’s periphery markets. In addition to the development of sustainable leasing plans for tenants and landlords, Ronan implements creative commercial real estate acquisition and disposition solutions for his clients within his geographical areas of focus. Over the past 11 years, Ronan has been involved in a number of the largest lease and sale transactions within Vancouver’s periphery. He prides himself on his ability to provide his clients with the most up-to-date market knowledge in parallel with an unwavering client centric and transparent approach to his advisory practice.
