Ronald Beck

Ron’s 35 years’ experience in commercial real estate spans acquisition-disposition, lease negotiation, financial modeling, development assessment and land entitlement. He has completed over 400 sale and lease transactions totaling millions of square feet of commercial properties and evaluated and has sold numerous businesses. Ron’s experience during three major commercial real estate market corrections allows him the insight and understanding to best anticipate challenges and identify opportunities related to market conditions and individual property attributes. Ron and his wife Kathryn moved to Boise in 2019 from San Diego where Ron spent his commercial real estate career working at Wohl Property Group, Colliers International, Voit Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Commercial in a Senior capacity.
