Ron Young

Ron is a California native who grew up in Glendale. He earned a basketball scholarship to the University of Southern California and graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration. Upon graduation, Ron was hired by Alameda Investors as their property manager. During that time he also coached the Sophomore and Freshman Basketball teams at Hoover High School in Glendale. In 1989, Ron joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services (now CBRE) and worked in the downtown Los Angeles office. Since 1992, Ron’s geographic focus has been exclusively in Los Angeles, Vernon, Commerce, and the surrounding cities. He has extensive knowledge and experience working with all manufacturing/warehousing, apparel, import/export, and food related companies. Core experiences include landlord and tenant representation, site search and acquisition, sale/leasebacks, leased investments, build-to-suit projects, land development, and real estate consultation. In May 1999, Ron accepted a position as Senior Vice President and Principal of Lee & Associates®, Inc., in the City of Commerce.
