Ron Willet

Ron specializes in the representation of tenants and landlords with their sale and leasing requirements. His core area of focus is the North I-680 corridor and greater East Bay. With almost 10 years’ experience in brokerage, banking and research he is proficient in property and investment analysis for clients. His analytical skillset provides value to investors and sellers with the preparation of opinions of value, offering memorandums, coordinating marketing efforts for listings to maximize goals. Ron earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2017 and is a California Notary Public. Ron began his real estate career in early 2008 working as a retail broker for Colliers International in Walnut Creek where he partnered with a team to represent, negotiate lease terms and assist with expansion plans on behalf of national retailers such as CVS, 7-Eleven and Chase Bank. In 2010, Ron transitioned to Grubb & Ellis Company. From there Ron worked as a financial services officer for Mechanics Bank where he assisted clients with all financial needs including lending, online banking and investment banking before returning to commercial real estate in 2012.
