Ron Weissenhofer

Ron Weissenhofer serves as an advisor with SVN Chicago Commercial, specializing in the sales and leasing of retail property. Ron began his commercial real estate career in 2013 as a property manager at CTK Assets Services, servicing a portfolio of 8 retail/industrial properties throughout the Chicagoland area. In 2016, Ron moved on to the role of Property Leasing Broker Representative for several retail centers with CTK Asset Services and Entre Commercial Realty. For the last several years he has handled a portfolio of properties located throughout the states of Illinois, Northern Wisconsin, and Indiana, and through aggressive and creative leasing and marketing efforts, has been instrumental in bringing it from approximately 50% to 91% occupancy. Ron also exclusively represents several retail tenants. Throughout the last 10 years, Ron has sold various strip centers, standalone buildings, and second-generation restaurant properties. Ron is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and was a three-year Monogram winner on the Fighting Irish football team.
