Ron Thomas has been involved with commercial real estate specializing in Office Leasing and Investment Sales since 1994. He was with Colliers International from 1996 - 2011 and a Partner on the Capitol Region Office Specialists team since 2003. In his 18 year career, he has participated in over 1,000 transactions totalling more than 11,000,000 square feet and over $2.5 billion dollars in total consideration. Since 1996, Ron has consistently been one of the Top 5 brokers in the Colliers International Sacramento office and in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 he was the #1 Colliers Office Broker in the Sacramento Market. Along with the entire CROS Team, Ron joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as Executive Director of the Sacramento Central Valley Region Office. Ron was the top broker in the Sacramento Cushman & Wakefield office in 2011 & 2012, and in 2012 completed the largest Tenant Representation assignment in Sacramento history.
