Ron Foster

Ron began his career in commercial real estate in 1987, joining a large Indianapolis based commercial brokerage firm. During his 34 year career Ron has earned the reputation of being one of the premier tenant representatives and leasing and investment sales specialists in Indiana, completing more than $750 million in transactions. Ron has been a featured speaker multiple times at one of Indiana’s largest real estate conferences, has garnered awards for the largest single office building investment sale, twice has had the largest Indianapolis office lease transaction, been recognized in Midwest Real Estate News as a Mega Deal award winner and has received the CoStar Power Broker Award. In 2006, Ron became a founding partner of Echelon Realty Advisors, and Reliant Partners Commercial Realty focusing on office, retail and land sales, acquisitions and development. While leaning more toward retail and office site acquisition during this period, Ron also did special projects for Gershman Brown Crowley (GBC), joining the firm in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Development and dividing his time between Echelon/Reliant and GBC. In March 2014, Ron sold his interest in Echelon Realty Advisors and left TM Crowley & Associates (successor to GBC) remaining a partner at Reliant Partners Commercial Realty. In 2018, Ron founded Foster Commercial Real Estate with a focus solely on brokerage and asset management services.
