Ron Fletcher
Ron graduated from SDSU and bought a house in Mission Beach in 1988 and has been selling real estate in the neighborhood ever since. In 1998 Ron purchased an office building in San Jose Place in Mission Blvd where the Fletcher Team were established and has been helping the neighbors in Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, and La Jolla finds their dream homes. Ron's career started by selling commercial and apartment buildings and doing 1031 tax-deferred exchanges for clients all over town. But with his love for the beach and the ocean he gravitated back to the beach and began to use his commercial background to make his clients money by finding condo land, land lots, fixers, fourplexes, duplexes, that have made several of my client's millionaires. Ron started working for REMAX office that had dozens of agents and within a few years, Ron became the top salesperson . He then moved to Prudential Dunn Real Estate in Pacific Beach and became their top agent for the remaining years there until he started his own brokerage firm Fletcher Team, Inc.
