Ron has been selling real estate in the Brentwood Area since 1976. In the past forty three years he has sold over 600 land parcels and over $500 million in land sales including: farms, ranches, commercial land and buildings. Ron specializes in finding ranches and land for investors, farmers and developers. He is experienced in large farm parcels including cattle ranches as far North as Alturas and as far South as Fresno. The largest ranch he has sold was 30,000 acres. He has worked with some of the largest home builders in California helping them to find property, enter into contract and assisting them through the entitlement process. Many of the projects he has worked on have been between 8 million and 35 million dollars each. Ron has also worked with several developers helping them to map property for both residential and commercial subdivisions. Actively involved in his community and worked with several different organizations on a volunteer basis, Ron has excelled. He has served on the Liberty Union High School District Board of Trustees, City of Brentwood Planning commission, the Board of Directors for Brentwood Agriculture Land Trust, Board of Directors for Liberty Union High Athletic Hall of Fame, Board for the Delta Association of Realtors and the Adventus Board which makes recommendations to the Oakland Diocese.
