Roger Lyons is a recognized leader in the retail brokerage and consulting industry. Examples of his work with retailers, developers and investors include multiple market transactions for national tenants, pre-leasing for new development projects, and hotel consulting. Since 1999, Roger has focused on representation of national branded retailers in the Hawai?i market. Roger is a sixth-generation local resident of Hawai‘i and is active in the Hawai‘i business and civic community. This gives him a unique perspective to counsel clients nationwide with respect to the continuous changes in the retail industry and their direct application to the Hawai?i real estate market.
