A dedicated, successful second-generation Florida Realtor with over 50 years of broad-based Real Estate Brokerage, Management, Construction, and Development expertise. He graduated from the University of Florida and got his bachelor's degree in science- industrial and system engineering. He also received the Leadership Award, the membership in the Engineering Hall of Fame, and is on the Presidential Advisory Board at the University of Florida. Roger has been providing economic growth, jobs and contributing to area philanthropic causes in Tampa Bay since 1968. The entrepreneurial range best describes his approach to business. He is well-diversified within the real estate industry, serving all customers in all aspects of the real estate process: residential, commercial, property management, office, industrial space, realty, and building construction. As President of Broderick & Associates, Inc., he has spent the past 53 years building the business to be THE TOTAL REAL ESTATE SOLUTION for many customers. Roger was also President of Broderick Mortgage Company and holds a Class A general contractor license, a CRB and CRS designation, and his CCIM designation. He has received numerous awards for professional accomplishments and was named to the Million Dollar Roundtable by the St. Petersburg Board of Realtors. Top Residential Office and Best Single Tenant Building for the Val Pak Systems Headquarters and was listed in the Marquis Who's Who in Finance and Industry. Perhaps one of his most notable accomplishments was being named Pinellas Park Chamber Man of the Year.
