Rodney Faulkner

Rodney Faulkner, co-founder and Broker-In-Charge of Boundary Street Advisors, is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. He has brokered over $300 million in commercial real estate brokerage. Prior to Boundary Street, he served as a Managing Equity Partner at Legacy Real Estate Advisors, LLC. A Charlotte native, Faulkner is a member of the Charlotte City Council's appointed Privatization/Competition Advisory Committee and serves as Chair of the Real Estate sub-committee. He currently sits on the boards for both Rally Charlotte and Historic West End Partners. He is a Certified Retail Property Executive through International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Faulkner is known for his passion for the community, deal-making ability and relationship building which allows him to connect investors and new concepts to cutting-edge and forward-thinking opportunities.
