Rod Roberts specializes in selling and leasing single-tenant, multi-tenant, and mixed-use commercial retail property in the LA and Orange County coastal areas. His team has nearly 20 years of combined experience in this area, including local and out-of-state 1031 exchanges. Coming from a family background in residential and commercial infill development on the East Coast, Rod is also versed in planning and construction considerations. As a former project manager, consultant, corporate executive, and independent business owner, he has a proven track record of helping his clients evaluate and deliver on their goals. Rod believes strong relationships, integrity, and communication are essential to this process. Originally from York, Pennsylvania, Rod has been an Orange County resident for over 25 years. He and his wife reside in Huntington Beach, with his three adult children living in nearby Costa Mesa and San Diego. Rod enjoys family, beach volleyball, and surfing in his free time. He also holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and continues to train and teach the art.
