Rod Banks

Rod joined King Industrial Realty in October 2023 as an Associate. He is currently partnering with some of King’s top producing agents to develop leads and foster client relationships. Rod will be focused on tenant representation, leasing/selling of industrial properties, land acquisitions and investment sales with an emphasis on the I-75 North, I-575 North, and the surrounding metro area. Rod draws from his unique background of working in commercial real estate finance and commercial banking. Rod’s background working with small to mid-sized businesses in helping them obtain commercial and SBA financing for various commercial real estate projects offers him a unique perspective that clients will find very advantageous in the industrial market. Rod will be able to act as a trusted advisor for all his clients in their various commercial real estate needs. Rod and his wife, Kimberly, reside in Kennesaw, Ga. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children, ages 4,2, and 8 months. He also enjoys serving at his church, North Metro Church, and playing golf.
