Formed by Robyn and her business partner, Ryan Vaught, at JLL in 2016, the Vaught | Hurrell Industrial Team was recruited to Colliers in 2018 to bolster the industrial services platform. Now a 12-member operation, the Vaught | Hurrell Industrial Team is a diverse and collaborate group that strives to deliver creative strategies relative to leasing and capital markets. Leading the Central Florida leasing platform, Robyn’s has a team of 4 additional people dedicated to their 8M+ square foot portfolio & 30+ active Tenant Representation accounts. Prior to the commencement of her industrial, Robyn performed analytics and underwriting on the Tampa Office Capital markets team for Cushman & Wakefield (legacy Cassidy Turley, then DTZ). Robyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Sykes College of Business at The University of Tampa (UT). Robyn also holds her SIOR designation and an MCR designation (Masters in Corporate Real Estate) through CoreNet Global.
